Use Of This Website
This website is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse it — including attempting to gain unauthorised access, scraping content at scale, or interfering with availability for other users.
Vehicle photographs are representative; the exact specification of an individual unit is confirmed in writing before purchase.
Vehicle Sales
All vehicles are sold as described in the written specification provided at the time of order. Prices include VAT where applicable and exclude road tax, registration and any optional add-ons unless stated.
A reservation deposit secures a specific vehicle for up to 14 days. Reservation deposits are non-refundable if you withdraw, but are refundable in full if we cannot deliver the agreed specification or the vehicle fails our pre-delivery inspection.
Imported Vehicles
Cars sourced direct from Japanese auctions are described against an auction grade sheet. Estimated arrival dates are given in good faith but are subject to shipping schedules, port handling and DVLA registration timelines, which are outside our control.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. New and used vehicles must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Where a fault arises within 30 days that breaches these rights, you have a short-term right to reject the vehicle.
Warranty & After-Sales
Most vehicles are supplied with a third-party mechanical warranty. The exact cover, claim limits and exclusions are set out in the warranty document provided at handover. Servicing carried out at our recommendation is in addition to — not in place of — your statutory rights.
Limitation Of Liability
We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, our total liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the vehicle in question.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. Consumers based elsewhere in the UK retain the right to bring proceedings in their local courts.
