• Contract — to handle vehicle enquiries, appointments, sourcing briefs and the sale itself.
• Legal obligation — DVLA registration, HMRC records, anti-money-laundering checks and HPI verification.

We share data only with carefully chosen partners where strictly necessary: DVLA and HMRC, our finance and warranty providers, HPI/mileage verification services, our auditors, and IT service providers.
